Secure Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original diamond certificates and appraisals.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking and insurance activation.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
